Barbara’s Kitchen is an artisan producer of chilli based preserves, vegetarian & vegan street food. They have continued to work throughout the pandemic and being keen to increase their range for customers, developed the idea of a Dorset ale flavoured chilli chutney, to add to their award-winning range.
Following research, discussions and trials, they partnered with Jennifer, who owns a small independent local brewery, Southbourne Ales in Bournemouth, who was very supportive of the idea to produce this Chilli Chutney & Dorset Ale which goes extremely well with pub classics, and equally cheese, charcuterie and savouries.
