Vital hospitality sector support from Business Live UK

Business Live UK together with headline sponsor Panton Accountancy Services and co-sponsors Cyber Security Valley UK are offering the hospitality sector vital support, for free, by way of a virtual event called the Business Live Hospitality Recovery Forum.

Founder and CEO of Business Live UK, Victoria Beale, commented on the event saying, “I’ve been involved in the hospitality sector now for many, many years and felt that I couldn’t stand by any longer and watch a sector I know and love struggle alone any longer.  I’ve designed this event specifically for independent restaurateurs, hoteliers and boutique venues and have put together an incredible panel of experts who will share their knowledge and first-hand experience, helping attendees to increase their footfall rapidly post lockdown.”

The virtual event takes place on the 25th January from 10.00am – 11.00am (GMT) and over 50 businesses have already registered.  The panel of experts includes;

  • Bola Durojaiye, The App Booth – App Development Expert
  • Rachel Hargrave, RDZ PR and The Awards People – Hospitality PR Guru
  • Victoria Beale, Business Live UK – Hospitality Footfall Accelerator, Events, Membership and Lead Generation
  • Matt Panton, Pantons Accountancy Services – Expert Accountant Within the Hospitality Industry
  • Chris Windley, CEO of Cyber Security Valley UK, former owner of a chain of Destination pubs and avid user of Pubs and Hotels as ‘Third Meeting Places’
  • Lee Stapleford, Print Vision – Hospitality Print Specialist
  • Alex Trembath, Lincoln and Beyond – SEO Expert and Specialist Blogger
  • Julie Proctor, Swithland Events – Venue Finding Specialist
  • Dave Sinclair, Corporate Motion TV – Videographer Within the Hospitality Industry
  • Cassie Davison, Transformational Change Expert Within the Hospitality Industry
  • Philip Brooks-Stephenson, Networking Events Expert
  • Sheila Smith – #expoqueen Exhibitions and Virtual Events Expert

Added Matt Panton FCCA, Founder and Principle Director of Panton Accountancy Services, “A large portion of our client base comes from the hospitality sector and we’ve seen the effect COVID-19 has had on the industry as a whole as well as the immense challenges businesses within the sector are facing.  When Victoria approached us with the idea of the Hospitality Recovery Forum we were delighted to sponsor the event and take our place on the panel of experts.  Whatever we can do to help this vital sector, we will do.”

Chris Windley, CEO of Cyber Security Valley UK commented on the event saying, “As an Information Technology and Cyber Security Expert and a former owner of a chain of Destination pubs and an avid user of Pubs and Hotels as a ‘Third Meeting Place’ I have been thinking a lot about how technology can help the industry.  Two main areas of thought at the moment are the creation of a zero-touch, safe visiting experience and revenue generation from Digital Screens.  Alongside great broadband and Wi-Fi communications these will help venues to indeed become great ‘Third Meeting Places’  Speaking at this event and, indeed, co-sponsoring it will enable me to share thoughts with participants which will enable them to generate greater footfall and, therefore, revenues once we come out of lockdown.”

Tickets for the event are FREE and can be booked here: www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/business-live-hospitality-recovery-forum-tickets-132822534777.
