This well-established pub is seeking an experienced publican who has catering experience and the ability to grow an already hugely successful business.

Indoor trading area
The trendy indoor space comprises of one large L shaped lounge that can comfortably accommodate 65 covers. With timber flooring, modern lighting and tiled bar focal point this pub provides a cosy atmosphere for drinkers and diners alike. Known for its atmosphere and casual bites, the pub has a fully equipped kitchen and brand-new commercial pizza oven. The pub offers an intimate community feel where locals meet for book clubs and quizzes. The pub also has a large drop-down screen that can be used to show popular matches. Outdoor trading area
Breath-taking views of beautiful Bristol are the immediate focal point of this grassy multi storey beer garden. Fairy lights twinkle above picnic benches throughout the garden creating a space that customers won’t want to leave. Accessed through bi-fold doors from the main trading area the garden has a capacity of 250 covers and is served by an external kitchen and pizza oven.

Living accommodation
The comfortable private accommodation has two bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge, and kitchen.
