Get into the Christmas spirit: New alcohol-free festive cocktail recipes from Sea Arch

Three new alcohol-free Christmas cocktail recipes have been developed based around the award-winning Sea Arch Coastal Juniper spirit, providing a trio of enticing new drinks ideas for the festive season.

The Seasonal Sunrise, Festive Spice and Christmas Pudding cocktails are ideal alternatives for those who don’t want to drink alcohol but still want to celebrate in style.

Warming winter spices and festive flavours such as cranberry juice, clementine, ginger and cinnamon work in harmony with the natural botanicals found in Sea Arch Coastal Juniper. These include aromatic juniper, zingy blood orange and warming cardamom, alongside fresh coastal notes from the sea kelp and samphire.

Inspired by the Devon coast and bursting with seaside botanicals, Sea Arch Coastal Juniper is made using traditional distillation techniques and offers all the deliciousness of gin with none of the alcohol. Complex and refreshing, it works well in a range of non-alcoholic cocktails and, as the couple behind Sea Arch like to say, it really is more beautiful without.

The three new festive cocktail recipes are:

Seasonal Sunrise
Fill a glass with ice. Add 50ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper, 25ml unsweetened cranberry juice and a squeeze of fresh orange juice. Top up with Fever-Tree Clementine & Cinnamon Tonic. Garnish with fresh cranberries and charred clementine.

Festive Spice
Fill a large glass with ice. Add 50ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper, candied ginger, a squeeze of fresh clementine juice and a splash of ginger ale. Top up with a premium Indian tonic and garnish with a clementine wedge studded with cloves, a few extra cloves and a cinnamon stick.

Christmas Pudding Cocktail
Fill a glass with ice. Add 50ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper and 75ml homemade Christmas Pudding cordial*. Top up with soda and garnish with festive fruits (cranberries, apricot, raisins, orange, ginger).

*Recipe for Christmas Pudding Cordial: Add cranberries, raisins, apricots, orange peel, lemon peel, mandarin juice, cranberry juice, dried cinnamon and candied ginger to a pan, then warm gently to release the flavours. Steep overnight, then pass through a sieve to strain.

Further non-alcoholic cocktail ideas for all seasons can be found on the Sea Arch website at seaarchdrinks.com/cocktails

Inspired by the sights and sounds of the glorious Devon coastline, where founders Sarah and Geoff Yates live, Sea Arch Coastal Juniper blend is a healthy, non-alcoholic spirit that doesn’t compromise on taste or experience. It is made from a blend of 11 different botanicals, with the resulting distilled spirit being crisp, refreshing and complex, providing a genuine non-alcoholic alternative for gin lovers.
