Discover Newperran Heights at Aria Resorts’ Open Day

In light of the post-COVID demand and with the boom in the staycation trend not looking to dissipate, Aria Resorts’ Newperran resort based near the golden sands of Cornwall’s Perranporth Beach has just opened up a fantastic lifestyle opportunity. The team behind the UK’s fastest growing holiday resort company is opening the doors for visitors on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August between 11am and 4pm so they can peruse the new luxury lodge development, Newperran Heights.

Visitors over the opening weekend will enjoy some complimentary refreshments over a chat with the friendly sales team around the financial and lifestyle benefits of holiday home ownership whilst experiencing the decadent show home options for themselves first hand. They will be invited to explore the enticing on-resort facilities including recently refurbished bar and eatery as well as the heated indoor swimming pool.

With prices starting from just £119,995 for a luxury lodge at the brand new Newperran Heights, buyers could immediately benefit from ‘holidays with benefits’ in one of the UK’s most sought-after destinations. All of the properties have a range of luxurious interiors with some featuring decadent walk in wardrobes, practical yet aesthetic kitchen islands, stylish en-suite bathrooms and wine fridges. Some even boast roof top terraces with sea glimpses and spacious decking but all guarantee substantial floor space, and attractive subletting rental fee potential.

Aria Resorts is pioneering the way in holiday and resort experiences with ownership benefits. With 14 resorts across the UK, including Yorkshire and the Isle of Wight, Cornwall is a particular jewel in the crown with unexpected bargains to be had. The company has already invested over £100 million in Cornwall and is set to invest another £50m in the complete redevelopment programme of its flagship five-star resort, Retallack Resort & Spa. It also owns and operates Bude Holiday Resort, Newquay Bay Resort as well as the highly-lauded Gara Rock Hotel in Salcombe, Devon.

At Newperran you are never far away from Cornwall’s sensational coastline whether you opt for the thrashing waves of the North coast or the calm seas of the South. Surf mecca Newquay is a short drive away and the rolling dunes and golden sands of Perranporth beach can be reached in just ten minutes. For Poldark fans and National Trust members, the scenic beauty of Holywell Bay is just along the coast.

The demand for UK holiday properties shows no sign of slowing down, despite COVID-19. Quite the opposite in fact, with property seekers attracted to the growing staycation trend, the perceived safety and security of holidaying at home, and the tax benefits associated with holiday lets.

Paul Nicol, sales director for Aria Resorts, said, “We really look forward to opening the doors to Newperran on our opening weekend and showcasing the various beautiful holiday home options within the new development. Our dedicated sales team will be on hand to answer any questions regarding the holiday homes and can advise on the most compelling direction for buyers of all levels.”

Paul continued, “All of the research from highly credible sources is showing that the UK holiday property sector is performing very well and has been resistant to the cloud of Brexit. We are also seeing for ourselves a post-lockdown boom to top UK holiday spots such as Cornwall with our resorts filling up very quickly this summer and beyond. A lack of availability, however, is not something that holiday home owners need to worry about as they enjoy the luxury of retreating to their very own ‘home from home’ whenever they so wish to.”

The Newperran Heights Opening Day will take place at Newperran Resort on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August between 11am and 4pm. To help the team guarantee a relaxed and socially distanced tour, they are asking that interested parties call to book an arrival time on 01872 572407 or email newperransales@ariaresorts.co.uk.
